Cardano pools currently registered with 500,000 ADA or more in active stake, at the latest completed epoch snapshot, that have not produced a block in 2+ months. Pools that have never produced a block are counted separately, not merged into that figure. Their delegators are losing rewards every epoch.

How to read pledge status. SHORTFALL the pledge ADA is no longer held at the pool's owner address(es). Checked against live balances, not a snapshot, and including un-withdrawn rewards. NOT DELEGATED the operator still holds at least the pledge amount, but it is not delegated to this pool, so the pledge is not active and the pool could not earn rewards even if it produced. This is a configuration state, not evidence that the operator has left. MET the pledge is in place and delegated to the pool; a silent pool here is more likely broken than abandoned. UNKNOWN no owner records available, so no conclusion is drawn.

Methodology: a pool is "still registered" if no retirement certificate exists, or the latest re-registration tx_id post-dates the latest retirement tx_id. Pledge status compares the pool's latest declared pledge against the stake at its declared owner address(es) that is also delegated to this pool, in the epoch snapshot shown above. Where that falls short, the owner's live balance is then checked separately before any conclusion is drawn about the operator.
