How to read pledge status:PLEDGE UNMET
means the operator's pledge ADA is no longer at the reward address — the operator has almost certainly walked away without filing a retirement certificate. Delegators should redelegate immediately.
PLEDGE MET
means the pledge is still in place; the pool is likely misconfigured or broken (KES expired, node down). After 2+ months silent, delegators should consider redelegating to a functional pool.
Methodology: a pool is "still registered" if no retirement certificate exists, or the latest re-registration tx_id post-dates the latest retirement tx_id.
