When a Cardano stake pool retires, delegators who do not redelegate are left with orphaned stake, ADA sitting idle and earning nothing at all. This tool tracks every retired pool, the scale of orphaned delegation across the ecosystem, the rewards those delegators are missing, and whether the problem is growing or shrinking.
db-sync, with Blockfrost used only as a
fallback for missing pool tickers, never for stake. Retirement is verified by comparing on-chain certificate ordering,
so a retirement certificate only counts when it is newer than any re-registration. Orphaned stake is the sum of unspent
UTxO balances plus unclaimed rewards for every registered stake address still delegated to a retired pool.

If it points at a retired pool and the stake key has not since been deregistered, the address counts as orphaned.reward and reward_rest tables, minus withdrawals. Including reward_rest
matters: it holds refunds, treasury and reserve payouts, and leaving it out makes any wallet that withdrew one of
