GrahamsNumberPlus1 ("GNP1", "we", "us") operates the website grahamsnumberplus1.com and associated tools at server-tools.grahamsnumberplus1.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Blockchain data you submit. When you interact with our smart contracts (Quiz Challenge, Soracles, ADA Giveaway), you provide a Cardano wallet address. This address is recorded on the public Cardano blockchain, which we do not control. We may also store your wallet address server-side to display leaderboards and process payouts.
Server logs. Our web server automatically records IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and debugging and are typically deleted within 30 days.
Third-party services. We use Blockfrost to query Cardano blockchain data, Tawk.to for live chat support, and Google Fonts for typography. These services may set their own cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies.
We do not require account registration, collect names, email addresses, or payment details. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
GNP1 does not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party services (Tawk.to, Google Fonts) may set cookies necessary for their operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Cardano is a public blockchain. Any transaction you make — including smart contract interactions, delegation, and ADA transfers — is permanently and publicly visible. We cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain data. Please consider this before submitting transactions.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you (such as server logs). For data recorded on the Cardano blockchain, deletion is not technically possible due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
