When a Cardano stake pool retires, delegators who don't redelegate have orphaned stake — ADA sitting idle earning zero rewards. This tool tracks every retired pool and the scale of orphaned delegation across the ecosystem.

Retirement is verified by comparing on-chain certificate ordering (retire cert must be newer than any re-registration).
Orphaned stake = unspent UTxO balances + unclaimed rewards for all registered stake addresses still delegated to the retired pool.
